If your train stops at Kacheguda in the morning (like APSK, KSK, etc) and you're really hungry for breakfast, then grab some idli-vada at Kacheguda for 50 bucks. You'll get 2 fresh idlis and 2 vadas with a plate full of delicious chutney that'll totally satisfy your hunger. They also have other stuff like samosas, biryani, and more at the stalls.

If you're traveling in 2AC, get your food from MAS itself. Until RU, you won't even get water bottles. Since it's a weekly express that starts on Sunday morning, everyone only wakes up after RU. HX has no pantry or e-catering. There's plenty of water and the toilets are decent. The old ICF racks may make you feel a bit dusty. Agar tum 2AC mei travel kar rahe ho, toh khana MAS se hi le lo, RU tak paani ke bottle bhi nahi milega. Kyunki ye weekly express hai, wo sab RU ke baad hi uthenge. E-Catering HX mei available nahi hai. Paani bahut hai, toilets acche hain. Yeh purane ICF racks hain, isliye thoda dhool wala mahaul ho sakta hai. If ya wanna get to this station using the metro, ya got a few choices. Here are the top 3 I recommend: 1. Hop on the metro - Red line 'til Malakapet, then catch the MMTS train to Kachiguda. 2. Ride the metro - green line 'til Narayanguda, then grab an auto. 3. Take the metro 'til Sultan Bazar - Green line, and then catch an RTC bus to the railway station. (Most of the buses with a number 3 will drop ya off at the railway station)
