hota hai na. mera last time hua hai. Acknowledged hua fr CNF hua
Sir nowadays FMs are taking action without proper verification. Yesterday also 2 cases happened. And now today again it has happened....please look into this matter

FMs have been advised to hereby VOID all "First"-level TL complaints. All TL issues should be discussed in the TL/TLM Forums. AFTER a full discussion in the TLM Forum, IF the TLMs have come to a consensus and there is no other resolution, the issue may be brought up to the FMs at the Second-level for a final resolution.
