What is correct needs to be given preference. Not whose trains or etc.
Many time Some Zonal PR doesn't mention about PC; that doesn't mean that there is NO PC in that train.

How can anyone be sure which info is correct which is wrong .... Both were official ...
PR Clearly mentioned the PC would be there in Regular run . Not in Inaugural run. A bit of research from different sources wud have been good rather that doing WRONG stamping
