Southern Railway will operate special trains from Tiruchi to Bangalore daily to clear extra rush during Deepavali.
The specials will be operated from October 28 to November 10 in both ends. Bangalore–Tiruchi special (06571) will leave Bangalore city at 5.15 a.m. and arrive in Tiruchi at 1 p.m. Tiruchi–Bangalore special (06572) will leave Tiruchi at 2.30 p.m. and arrive in Bangalore city at 11.15 p.m.
The train will go via Karur, Mohanur, Namakkal, Rasipuram, and Salem.
The specials will have six second class sitting, six general second class, and two second class cum luggage coaches.
Advance reservation will commence on October 25, a Southern Railway press release here said.
