What's the use of creating everytime a new timeline entry for some minor change, what's the problem in updating the apt info in the existing one, just because it's time taking we can't just avoid the procedure which is well followed by many.

And thus not encouraged

Even if minor or major, if it has less time difference we can report, edit, ask for confirmation by TLM if valid.

So don't bother about the time loss, try to update accurate if possible.
But being a human we make mistakes and if anything is yet to be updated then on later course we may follow re-updating the existing info thru report, edit and confirmation
