The CC is already updated. So it was removed. You cannot remove old news but can always edit if something is wrong. If that time the news is old removal is allowed. Here train name was wrong and as the CC is already updated that news is no longer required.
In that case only part of the news need to be removed.

You want me to update the news again which is around 6-7 months old? Because I removed the news as the train name itself was wrong and it was an old one.
Ofcourse..there was no need to remove as a whole.

Restoration is not a problem. But a news 7 months old have no sense to keep in the news area when fault was found and when the CC is already updated correctly. This is my logic behind the removal.
