There was a discussion regarding the suffix "i" in TL forum. Actually the fact is that all newer WAP-7 (probably 303xx onward) are fitted with IGBT traction convertors by default instead of GTO. Some sheds add "i" as a suffix, while some sheds don't. So after lots of discussion, it was decided by TLMs and Mod sir that we will update WAP-7(I) for marked locos only. Other WAP-7 locos will be updated as it is.
And secondly, please don't post IRFCA data here. It is not "official" site of railways, and its info is also prone to errors and mistakes.

Please consult from other TLMs if you don't have any idea or knowledge regarding such types of updates. It avoids confusion and it is good for everyone. You need to learn a lot, your actions as a TLM and PNRM are really immature.
