That report was already handled at the same min it was reported n needful done thereafter.
After that again u issued fixit was irrelevant action here.
Do check all these things before putting the entry in fixit again unnecessarily.

Member jab edit karega tabhi cnf stamp aayega .
Reporting n report handling timing same ho sakta hai but after edit only entry cnf hoti hai ,so obviously few mins take for the process n accordingly cnf stamp. Nothing was confusing in whole process.
Your mistake is u didn't read the conversation below + timings of all things i.e ...when entry reported/ when report handled/ when entry went to fixit/ when member asked to stamp the entry [after edit done] etc. n then confirmed also.
