the update in regular train i.e. 11061 also duration is unknown of this halt.
yes WTT is not followed in IRI PTT is used.
Your update came under visiblity as halt in TT where as regular one didnt it went under intermediate stns.

I know KSRA has T-Halt for all up hill trains.
