If Pass-Through Proof is attached, there should be genuine info to counter wrong update..what if someone board Raj to alight AGC with wrong Tec Stop @ AGC??

BHA-AGC Run: SBC Raj/SC DRNTO (9' @ 67 KMPH if Non stop else 86 KMPH), GOA (12' @ 50 kmph), AP (11' @ 54 kmph), LTT AC (14' @ 42 kmph)
AGC PF: PF2 for MTJ bound & PF3 to detain train & allow OT by succeeding train with AGC Stop. GT held at PF3 & AP ARR PF2 & OT it. Goa Exp parked at PF2 when SB Raj Pass AGC via Main Line!!

It awaited clearance after AP Dep (3:40-3:50) which was detained at AGC for 10 Mins until Khajuraho Exp (AGC: 3:30 & BFP: 3:44-4:09) was looped at BFP!!
Now fools may term it as Technical Stop, which happened once in 3 days and that too for Track Clearance!!

Don't worry, people have habit of handling TL updates despite having zero knowledge. Create a new TL, it'll will be confirmed by other TLM. The TL stamp is not being changed here due to bug.
