PF-4 is allocated for Chauri-Choura, clash with JYG-LTT Pawan Exp!! Chauri Chaura is taken first at BSB. On 7th Chauri Chaura DEP @ 00:17 & Pawan arrived at 00:17 (can't be same PF). Today Chauri Dep @ 00:15 & Chauri Chaura arrived at 00:32. Seems like Pawan is detained!!
NTES data is wrong here, these trains mostly come on PF1&2 only. Do you really believe NTES for PF update?

I do believe and hence updated but i didnt did it for any clash. Will check BGP GR if its one time or regular PF2 assigned for the train (etrain shows PF2 in run data). So far i havn't found any much of clash in NTES PF updates & they assign different PF for series of Rajdhani, the way it should happen!!
For Chauri Chaura & Pawan Exp, PF1 was updated earlier (Probable Clash was ignored by 2 trains with ARR/DEP at PF1) & hence PF4 was followed as per NTES!! Trend shows Pawan is always delayed at BSB & can easily park at same PF (etrain shows PF1 for both trains & can be followed)!!
