Actually u can keep previous value in such cases. Plus today being Sunday some charting happens early.
No ma'am, despite being Sunday, charting happened at the scheduled time, i.e., 3 hrs 59 mins before departure. This train departs at 19:05 from source. So this is a perfect value.
Even if train departs at 19:05........charting can happen at in between 14.45 to 15.15 any time . So avoid changing such values without checking few more charting time.
The last week, I checked that Bikaner charting was done at the scheduled time, i.e. 15:05 hrs. There was no variation.
