Blogger previously updated platform as 3 and now changing his own update. His updates cannot be considered as genuine.
Also if it was a "genuine" mistake then blogger should have pointed that out and got the entry corrected, but he never did that and now creating one more entry.

Also you can do many other updates also like pictures of trains and locos. So you can do them as well.
