TLM's can check it. For whom i ask it to update everytime ? & i think there is no rule to ask every TL entry to CNF at every time
Actually TL monitor doesn't care about stamping.. they update it by self rather checking for pending TLs. That is why I am telling you to intimate me so that I can CNF it... Many of them do this...

I consult about this to senior TL monitor, he informed me that there is no such rules allowed in IRI to ask Each & every TL entry to update to a particular member & it's called a spamming. Only TLMs can check it & confirm it for all TL entries. Here the time difference btw my TL entry & update TL entry is almost 1 1/2hr early I update the TT.
