I beg to disagree. If Railways has issued notification as " Experimental halt until further notice", the halt is still "Experimental and Temporary". IR can remove such halts in future with/without notification. So, to have a halt note is ok( as it provides information to all).
if railway will remove halt then halt will be removed from IRI too.
