Total = 20 LHB Coaches. 🔹 Train No. 12780 Hazrat Nizamuddin – Vasco Da Gama Express Goa Daily Superfast Express, leaving from Hazrat Nizamuddin on March 26 & 27, 2023, will be diverted to run via Manmad Jn., Igatpuri, Panvel, Lonavala and Pune stations.

Recently 22 LHB length pitline commissioned at VSG. But the issue is the ghat section between kulem and Castle Rock in which the max lengths of passenger trains we have seen there are 23 ICF and 21 LHB.
Also the two parcel vans they are leased ones and read somewhere that they carry cashews so it will depend till what period the lease is there.
Anyways if 21 LHB is allowed then some upgrades can be done in Ghats to allow full 22 LHB pax trains. Thereby adding two more coaches...

Then Extra 2 HCPV Should be Removed and 2 SL Should be Attached in place of it.
Even if those HCPs are removed they will attach AC coaches only.
Agree These Days IR is More Focused on Revenue Not on Passenger Amenities Like Sleeper Class Travel etc
Hope with increase in revenue they improve services like maintenance, punctuality, speed, food.
