Yes, I know that the train is cancelled. What I meant to say is whenever a train is cancelled / diverted etc.., it will have a reason (see the screenshot for reference).
So all I wanted to say is if you know the reason for cancellation, feed it in the TL too by pressing TL edit button. If you don't know, well no issues, I will CNF after your intimation.

I would write these types of details. But I found most of the monitors and member not mention the full details and only make the declarations.

Ok fine. I never said what you mentioned is wrong / incomplete & I would have CNFed even if you didn't mention the reason. But many passengers will want to know the reason why a train is cancelled / diverted etc. So that is why I told you to mention the reason (if any), so that the news section becomes more informative. If there is no specific reason, then no need to mention.
