Railfaning doesn't requires a particular zone there is only one common name for Railfans i.e.,IR. I don't have any official documents so I shouldn't change anything but after end to end electrification I have seen Sachkhand Express in it's maximum run goes with GZB WAP-7 or LDH WAP-7. You check through your official source also

Yes a daily train cannot run daily with same offlink it's possible for a weekly train to run with offlinks daily just like Marathwada Sampark Kranti somtimes runs with KYN WAP-7 or AJNI WAP-7
