Where did you get this info that it's a Fast Passenger? Neither SER Zone TT (2015) copy nor NTES is showing that. If you are not sure, kindly don't make this kind of updates. And if you are 100% sure, give me the source. It has to be official.
You might have, I don't deny. But there are lots of express trains which run more than 60 kmph on average. Yet, they are considered as normal express, not as Superfast. It's an official call by Railway Authority, which you or me can't decide. In fact, if you try to make a list according to speed, there will be lot of existing SFs (decided by the authority) which should not be called like that. So, I think, we should stick to the nomenclature set by the authority in order to avoid any controversy. This train is "officially" known as a (normal) passenger. So, even if it runs more than 50 kmph, officially it will still be a normal passenger. I hope, you have understood my point. .... more...
Therefore, I am NOT going to approve your TL. Neither I am rejecting (void) it. Let's any other senior Admin / TL Monitor take that call. Thanks.
