Might be replaced with a full 3 tier and 2 tier but even in LHB it had two composite coaches . Attached the pic for reference. AB2 is the coach in the pic .

ur pic itself suggests that AB2 was just the board! AB coaches had only 40 [5 x 8berths per bay] berths in the 3 AC portion and 24 berths [4 x 6berths per bay] in each coach. In the pic u have posted the seat markings 33-40& 41-38 are clearly seen. This is a 3 AC coach which was in all probability running with an AB board for a temporary period until a proper board was given
