Due to breaches over Kotdwar-Najibabad section, the slip coach service in 13009/13010Doon Express running between Howrah-Kotdwar-Howrah has been discontinued between Najibabad and Kotdwar w.e.f 23.07.2016. Now, it has been decided to run the Sleeper coaches between Howrah and Haridwar instead of Howrah-Kotdwae-Howrah on permanent basis.
