In a move to enhance passenger safety and comfort, South Western Railway has
decided to convert one rake of Train Nos. 12741/12742 Vasco Da Gama-Patna-Vasco
Da Gama Weekly Express from conventional to Linke Hofmann Busch (LHB) stock. This
conversion is scheduled to take effect from 24th January, 2024, departing from Vasco-
Da-Gama, and from 27t January, 2024, departing from Patna Junction.
The revised composition of the LHB rake for the 21 coaches will be as follows:
AC Two-tier-(2)
AC Three-tier-(2)
Sleeper Class-(10)
General Second Class Antodaya-(4)
Parcel Van-(1)
Generator Car with Luggage and Brake Van-(1)
Second Class cum Luggage & Brake Van with Disabled Friendly Compartment-(1)

🔹The conversion of 12741/12742 Vasco - Patna - Vasco Express into LHB rake has been withdrawn with immediate effect, These Trains will continue to operate with the existing ICF rake.
