Now that more trains are getting introduced.....its high time to separate 16518 and 16524 to 2 independent trains with more coaches......16518 could proceed without waiting at MAQ.....while 16524 schedule could be a bit more relaxed.....this would help in removing PF congestion at MAQ plus it would provide additional options for people travelling between MAQ and SBC......one train could be via kunigal and the other could be via mysore..... 2 daily independent trains
Kannur Karwar trains to be split. Kannur Bangalore via MAJN, Kunigal (no loco reversal) and Karwar Bangalore via MAQ, MYS. This will provide faster connectivity from CAN/ MAQ to Bangalore. Karwar gets daily train to MYS and Bangalore.
Triweekly MAQ YPR slot and daily Kannur Karwar train can be realigned properly to get 2 trains between MAQ and SBC.
