Vskp LHB trains are allocated coaches as per the proposal request in 2021-22 for LHBfication trains in 2022-23. In Nov RB gave a new circular and allocating coaches for further trains with 2 SL only after they have taken decision to club 3ACE with 3AC. There will be no change in order unless RM takes matter and don't see such thing further they will communicate to MPs that people are prefering 3AC instead of SL as people travel in 3AC as there is no other alternative.

Atleast they should have kept the cc with which cct LTT is running sl 7 B6 A2 and H1
What is the use of 2 SL, they can make them too as AC 3 tier and unreserved as AC chair car,
instead of increasing AC coaches in the trains for improvising the profits better they should have increased the SL fares by 10-15%, this way of increasing AC 3 tier coaches creates alot of discomfort among middle class and below middle class families to travel

Kakinada is a tier 3 city and it's connecting to another pilgrimage station and manufacturing hub where high income spending and earning group are less. Just image the extra spend require gor a family if 4 going to shirdi from Kakinada Rjy by SL and 3AC for return trip the difference is huge instead they should now go and have Darshan in local temple. 10AC coaches are enough and SL should be 7. Visakha exp has 3SL and has a wL 150-180 for this week and another 40 in tatkal. By seeing WL traveller is compelled to book in 3AC. At 1100 the avbl page us not opening for SL tatkal upto 1130.
Don't worry step by step every LHB train will be reduced to only 2SL and 2GS one.
Bookings started and yes, 3E has been combined with 3A. But, is there any option for selecting 3E while booking for 3A tickets or will it be allotted by algorithm?
