Traveled a lot by this train back in the day. Also, has it's timings recently changed? It used to hit Lucknow around 7 AM. Now it hits three hours early

I agree with you that the Station of RMA deserves the Halt of Avadh Express.
It will be good if deserving halts such as this are restored by demand from public representatives (MPs , etc)

IR aaj kl bahut illogical decision le rha h jaha halt withdraw krna chahiye waha nhi krta h or tt v bekar m odd change kr RHA h as hwh pune duronto ka departure bekar krdiya as morning m 5 am dep as Kolkata suburb m log dur dur se aate the catch krne phle 10 am p tha mst time tha same haal av nzm Pune duronto ka.
