So it was Howrah Raj which was passing towards NDLS, it means HWH Raj was given priority over BBS Raj as BBS raj is still at DDU inspite for early arrival

IR has to cancel least preferred premium trains and start to run normal M/E trains for passenger convenience.
After seeing this I think some more normal trains will start soon, for this step they are creating space for them.
