Nothing to blame here. Rani Chennamma and its RSA partners are always prestigious trains for Karnataka and SWR. Good thing they prioritised that ahead of the useless Sampark Kranti now.

Rani Chennamma is the most prestigious and the most important train for SWR and Karnataka than some KSK or MAS Mail or KK. Also better SWR gives LHB for GG, Hampi and Mysuru-Talguppa exp before any other train.

It is better to rename this train as Karnataka Darshan Express (Karnataka Suttuva Express) and introduce real KSK via KCG on daily basis.
Now, Bangalore passengers do not have any train to Delhi via shortest route. KK via SUR WADI, KSK via UBL BAY and KSK via Pune all are longer routes. Even Rajdhani is not on shortest route, it is via RC.

If kongu is cited as a reason for not running any Bangalore Delhi train in shortest route, let them run on whichever route SR feel convenient.
Also, can all Bangalore Delhi passengers afford Rajdhani?
