Do not know about other passengers, but it does matter to me. I can get down at BDC if it stops...by chance!!!

great indian railway is running summer special in winters too. this will be puja/diwali special
these shd be vacation spcl, so will be running any vacation :-))
This isnt summer special , its peak season special run to cater to rush of peak season.

What is the use to convert it to GR? That too, trains reaching KOAA are famous for their empty runs.

Yes spl trains runs late, becoz it will wait for all the regular trains to pass through. Priority is for Regular trains.
