IMHO, the current traffic between Mumbai to New Delhi needs to be more streamlined with a few more introductions, frequency increase etc...as under...

22209/10 BCT Duronto - Will be converted to Super AC Express with halts only at Vadodara & Kota - Will be speeded up such that it traverses the distance in 16.5 hours flat. Frequency increase to Triweekly (Eitherways, it can depart @ 21:30 hrs to arrive @ 14:00 hrs)

5. A new daily BDTS NDLS SF Express (No AC Classes, Only SL & GEN sitting) covering the distance in 20 hours flat. Halts as necessary.

6. A new biweekly SF between CST & NDLS covering the distance in 22 hours. Halts as necessary

7. 12431/32 Trivandrum Should see a frequency increase to 5 days a week with speeding up viz. covering BSR - NZM section in 16 hours flat throughout the year.

8. 12263/64 Pune NZM Duronto will be converted to Super AC Express with Frequency increase to Four Days a week. Will be given LHB rake. Halts at Kalyan Vasai Road, Vadodara & Kota. Slot sharing with 22209/10 BCT Duronto (BCT Super Express) can be explored.

9. A new Biweekly Goa Rajdhani via CR with slot sharing with 22109/10 can be considered.

10. A New Biweekly Trivandrum Rajdhani via CR with slot sharing with 22109/10 can be considered

If all Duronto's are dissolved then BCT/PUNE Super AC trains to Delhi will be very good, BCT-NDLS can only take BVI-BRC-KOTA stoppage & PUNE-NZM can take KYN-BSR-BRC-KOTA stoppage with bit of speedup and frequency increase to 4 days & LHB as already mentioned by you

if NOT then atleast a Biweekly AC Express will be welcome same for TVC as a weekly AC Express would suffice
Regarding SF's there are high chances of introduction of a new train to Katra via Nasik in next budget (CR's proposal)...
