south indian state TN / AP royapuram / lallaguda sheds have many WAP7 locos that easily manage 140+

sir , once if 130 kmph is cleared , many trains ll get , Brindavan , Lalbagh / MAS ICE. Poorva, Sampoorna Kranti , Purushottam etc., got LHB citing the MPS as 130 . So we can expect the same . This was the explanation given by a railway officer that SR and SWR will get many LHB once MAS-SBC stretch is 130 Kmph
Overall MPS is 100 b/w MAS and JTJ. Will be increased to 130 once clearance is received from CRS.
I will be travelling by this train in DEC.
I guess 110 kmph ride only will be possible.
