Why are some trains coming from Ahmedabad going to Puri via Titlagarh changing loco links at Titlagarh? Trains via VZM continuing with same Loco all the way till Puri.

Would anyone confirm if 22973 and 12993 have RSA, as CC of both trains keeps on fluctuating with . In one 3 GEN at both end and in other 4 GEN at one end and 2 at other.

Yes, I see 2 types of CC for both, L-SLR-3 GENs-S8 to S1-B3 B2 B1 A1- 3 GENs-SLR and SLR- 4 GENs- S8 to S1- B3 B2 B1 A1- 2 GENs- SLr.
CC of 12993/4 constantly fluctuates.

Why is this train not running with eloco between Puri and Titlagarh Jn ? 523 km is a big distance and it has a loco reversal at Titlagarh!!

It's a decision of WR/ECOR to give it a E-Loco or not plus it's still a newly electrified section so it will take time to switch all the links plus E-Loco's are limited as every other line is getting electrified and eloco shortage happens so BRC would also not allow it to go beyond Raipur as WR got many trains that change E-Loco at Raipur so they can get attach to different trains and use them for backup...
