12993 Came into my life as an unexpected thing actually. Initially when Garbha Express was introduced, Maharashtrian, and Chhattisgarhi community felt that it would follow BSL-HWH route. But alas! It went via NCR/ECR. A year was followed by next rail budget when 12993 was introduced by Mamta Banerjee😍. I still remember that day 7 yr ago when I had the first trip in this train. At that time my favourite train was 12905. Like most members on IRI, who like high-speed trains, I also liked 12905, due to that thing. Being a new train, I didn't felt too much enthusiastic if it would provide a good run as a new train always has poor priority. So, returning back, I had to go to NGP urgently with my family but tickets were exhausted in all train from ADI, so took this one as LAST PRIORTY. Initially I didn't like this train...
more... too much. Buttttt😄, time has changed everything. So boarded this train from GIMB at 2245 HRS. Train was 80% full from source. Loco link was VTA WDG3A. And arrived SBT 20 mins early. Even I was awake that night luckily. (Slept well at afternoon)What a run it was! MPS!. That too on a single line section. Next day took a look at coach condition. Brand new coaches they were! Not like the shabby 12905 ones. We were BT at BRC and ST, at ST checked the condition of cleanliness in some coaches. Were clean.(Were cleaned at BSL). Furiously overtook 2 freights and 1 passenger train between ST-NDB. When ST-JL used to be single line then 12833 used to wait for this(at NOL if not delayed too much). Again 25 BT at JL outer, when it was a single line😍. Overtook by Puspak Express at BSL(The only OT enroute). After that also MPS. Like yesterday it reached Khapri 32 mins early, it reached Nagpur outer 40 mins early!!!!. Fir toh isme trips hoti gayi. Even I used to check forum section of 12993 when I got to know of IRI in 2014. Uss trip mai aisa laga ki bas High-speed hi mayne nahi rakhti..... After that travelled in many legendary train like Ashram,Vidarbha etc, but pata nahi koi train kabhi meri fav nahi ban paayi like 12993. Ab toh roj Friday ko mai iska running status check karta rehta hu. Even jab ek baar 2012 mein trip karne gaya doston ke saath Saturday ko tabhi 12993 ka run track kiya😂😂. Har din IRI par online aate hi pehle 12993 ka page open hota hai. YT par har week mai 12993 ki videos search karta hu ...........................................

Even in 2014, when I found out about IRI, I used to check the forum section of 12993. That trip made me realize that it's not just about high-speed, you know? After that, I traveled on many legendary trains like Ashram and Vidarbha, but I don't know, man, no other train could become my favorite like 12993. Now, every Friday, I check its running status. Even the one time I traveled with my friends on a Saturday in 2012, it was to track 12993's run, haha! Every day when I come online on IRI, the first thing I do is open 12993's page. And on YouTube, every week, I search for videos of 12993. So much to say about 12993 from my side, man. I've had so many good experiences with this train. HBD, dude! 😎
