I've changed things up and now I'm posting a whole week's worth of captures in one blog for everyone's convenience, you feel me? So, on my recent trip to New Delhi, I got to meet Moderator Sir, along with Goyal sir and Ratnakar. We even ran into Mr 1A, Swaroop, at the NDLS station, and later at TKJ, me, Ratnakar, and Swaroop did some RailFanning together.
At the end of the day, Ratnakar headed back to Jaipur on the Mandore train, Swaroop took the SBC Raj to Secunderabad, and I hopped on the NDLS SDAH Duronto to Kolkata. I've got all the RailFanning pictures from August 5th to August 9th, ready for you to check out.
Pics 1 and 2: The loco that pulled the 50th Anniversary Day Rajdhani, WAP 7 30568. This same loco hauled my Rajdhani on August 5th. The next day, the Sealdah and Howrah Rajdhanis' links were swapped at NDLS. SR got 30568 and HR got 30458.
Pics 3 to 6: These are shots of the coach I traveled in. Initially, I was assigned B1, but since my buddy was in B6, I switched over. The coach was made by MCF in January 2018.
Pic 7: Dhanbad station board, keeping it small and simple.
Pics 8 to 13: Food on the 12301 3A class (evening snacks, dinner, dessert, bed tea, and breakfast). The food was pretty decent, but the samosas were a bit too oily.
Pic 14: Swatantrata Senani at Tilak Bridge on August 6th. It made an unscheduled stop of 6 minutes. The loco link was CNB P4 22300.
Pic 15: NDLS station board with HWH WAP 7 30321 in the background. This loco was linked to the Poorva Express on August 6th.
Pics 16 to 19: These were captured while I was onboard the 12260 Duronto, headed back from Gaya to NDLS.
Pics 20 to 22: Here, you'll see ASN WAP 4 22773 and GZB WAP 5 30118 at Sealdah after getting off the 12660 train on August 7th.
Pics 23 to 26: These were taken today. GMO WAP 7 30530 (formerly from VSKP) with the 12260 train and ASN WAP 4 with the Lalgola Passenger at Sealdah.
Today was all about those Ex VSKP P7s, man. The 12260 came with 30530 and Pratap had 30548. Anish managed to capture that, so he might share it soon.
The last pic shows the evolution of E Locos - the past rulers and the present ones. Peace, y'all! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
