Agree with you. Last year December, I was also a victim of those incident while I was traveling on that route.
Last year , december I had train journey on 16 but it got cancelled
Then train services began on THU
Agar 16 dec ko train chalta toh 1 week Kolkata mein rehte lekin THU ko chalne ke karan sirf 2 days rehe paye 😔😔

I have seen bro ,if local people behave like that , Govt can easliy set them right ,But with Mamta as CM not possible .
Long ago Advocates in Delhi parylsed District court at Tishazari for 3 months . Dr Kiran Bedi was DCP of that area .She got permission from higher authority and took care of all the bad elements in Black coats .after that ,as long as Dr Bedi was in Delhi ,advocates did not have single agitation at all
Same treatment should be given who damages national property...

Hrhhhh,what I mean she was very tough police officer and now Governor of Pondicherry .
Incidentally,she is the first Woman IPS officer of country .I salute her for courage and straightforward brgavoiour .
One more incident which you may be aware under her ,her traffic's inspectir had challaned personal vehicle of Late Pm Indira Gandhi for no parking violation at Connaught place . .later , vehicle was towed to police station .

ICF rake available hoga agar zone k paas ya is train ka koi RSA partner agar nehin hai age toh new independent ICF rake bhi de sakta hai zone sayad.
Abhi Lhbfication k chalte sare zones k paas old ICF coaches available hai, us coaches mein GS coaches bhi available hai aaj k date mein sare zones k paas, ho sakta hai agar zone chahe toh ICF rake bhi de sakta hai isko.

My assumption is Timetable almost same hi rahega thora speedup hoga. Ho sakta hai 2 to 3 stoppages remove ho jaye.
