Honestly, the lunch doesn't look much appetizing, especially for Executive class. Cold rotis, standard vegetables, dal, not even fried rice given with quickly mixed paneer shouldn't be a proper baseline.
I feel with the advent of VBs, the quality of Shatabdis has taken a hit because there's very little limelight and just as little motivation to do better
