It's either Ranchi-Dhanbad Intercity or Vananchal Express, although I'll go with 2nd one.
This pic was clicked in 2019 on the day of RRB Exam. I was travelling to Bokaro Steel City, knowing this type of rush will happen I booked my ticket in Ranchi Dumka Express which too was over crowded.
All those who mentioned Vananchal are the winners of this quiz.

Jn Cabin bypass is freight only track though may be used for passenger service. However, a train coming from Sainthia to Chinchuria needs to change track to UP line at Kajoragram as there is no interlock just before the bypass bifurcates.
Yes. But that is not big issue. I think they don't want to bypass asansol. So it is better to make andal bypass which can be also be done with slight realignment..
Dumka andal line may hv been costly due to masanjor dam and many rivers/waterbody/forest on south of dumka. If Dumka sainthia line could have been built which would hv saved 30km distance.
In this year ER pink book, budget allocated for connection between quadruple lines and Andal - Sainthia section.

Its factually incorrect report. Vananchal has to stop for loco reversal at UDL even after electrification. Is there any bypass line?
