as correctly stated by @tejas yes, this train will go to hijli...hijli is the station next to kharagpur...you will get road transport to kharagpur...rail transport from hijli to kgp is poor...for rail transport you need to get down at midnapore...there you will get plenty of emu/express every 30 minutes or so...midnapore to kgp is abt 20 mins distance...less than 20 kms...
