Bina uske NR accept nahi karega.NDLS par rake stable karne ki jagah nahi hai.Hisar would be a good condition to accept

Frequency increase to daily is needed and should be done but extention to hisar for stabling should to a nearby station to New Delhi. It will run empty from New Delhi to Hissar.
So Why u are in Fear when It will Run Empty From NDLS to HSR and Vice versa.
The travellers from Indore to Kota 80-90% will get down at New Delhi and timing being 430 in morning there will be no boarding and distance is 160km. I think one more train is also running to Hissar in the same time zone in morning and evening in the same direction.

Many stoppages had same arrival and departure time. And in Friday and Sunday, both trains are running and operational.
