TanmayPal 28 blog postsI need a small help. I am planning to travel from Kasaragod to Thrissur by Orange VB and I am aware that Orange rake runs on alternate days. Can someone please tell me on which days VB runs with Orange livery ??

Why it is running on alternate days when the to n fro distance can be covered with in 16 hours
This VB serves as Reverse VB for 20633/4 which starts from TVC at morning.But as there is no maintenance facilities in Kasargod,two rakes are required to run on all days.
If its extended, it will go to MAQ. I dont think MAJN has pitlines.

Railfan_SRDiv^~ 2538 blog postsSince its the separate rake, they can make the train leave at 12:30 PM and can reach kasargod at 20:20 PM to reach MAQ at 21:00 PM , return can be from 06:40 AM from MAQ and reach TVC at eve 15:15 PM to go for PM
Morning VB should leave TVC at 06:00 AM to reach MAQ at 13:50 PM and return from 14:20 PM from MAQ to reach TVC at 23:30 PM

ಪರಶುರಾಮ್ ಮತ್ತು ಏರ್ನಾಡ್ ರೈಲುಗಳಿಂದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ಏನು ಉಪಯೋಗ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಕರಾವಳಿಯ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಚಾರ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಿದರೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು ಅಲ್ಲವೆ?
ಪಾಲಕ್ಕಾಡ್ರೈ ವಿಭಾಗದಿಂದ ಹೊಸ ರೈಲಿನ ಸಂಚಾರ ನಮಗೆ ಸಿಗುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಗಳು ತುಂಬ ಕಡಿಮೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಾವು ಕೇರಳದ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಬರುವ ಎಲ್ಲ ರೈಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ವಿವಿಧ ಭಾಗಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಒತ್ತಡ ತರ ಬೇಕು.

MAQ MAO VB will be a failure. Proper SF ICE is needed in the sector, which should cover the distance in max 5 hours. Should start at MAQ by 0730 and reach MAO/ VSG by 1300. Start back by 1430 to reach MAQ by 2000.
Yes agree. Intercity exp kind of train with more stoppages could be a much better option . Earlier there was a JS which was not that bad. Any reason for discontinuing that train ?

Thats awesome news, Rohan ! Its going to more profit at that point. It can go to Central station cause the turn around time is less and PF will be cleared shortly after its arrival.
