SC is super busy from 8:15 PM to 11:30 PM, it's like totally impossible for Cocanada train to get the 8:45 slot. They gotta either switch it with another train or keep it at the same time. That's why they moved it to the current slot from the earlier one.

Yeah, maybe. But people want both these trains to run at the same time, so there's enough demand for it.

Cocanada should run every day. Replace 2 GS with 2SL to turn it into a fully reserved 5SL train, so it doesn't get overcrowded with GS passengers trying to enter the sleeper class.

A special train should run from LPI to CCT on Fridays and return on Sundays via Eluru TP Gudem. Its frequency can be increased to three times a week during summer, Dussera, Pongal, and marriage seasons.

It will take another 5 years for the Konaseema rail line to be completed. But if the central government wants to control the cost overrun of railway projects and increase funding after July 2024, it will only take 3 years.

There are 45 buses from KKD and another 63 from Amalapuram, making a total of 100 buses with 3600 seats/berths. On average, 2000-2400 people will travel on these buses daily, so there is enough demand for one more special train that runs three times a week. In these special trains, the AC fare should be limited to 1.15X and SL to 1.3X in southern states. The train should adhere to a fixed timetable incorporated in the General Time Table, and it should have ICF coaches.
