Currently travelling in 22356 Chandigarh Patliputra SF Express, as you can see broken curtains no charging port on either side lower or side upper this is the worst LHB Coach train i have ever seen, the seats are dirty, and tap is fixed with plastic, is their any portal where i can complain and get some compensation ?

Large SB of PPTA bound train and GKP LKO VB standing at PF 8/9 of Lucknow NR. These two platforms are smaller ones at Lucknow and only smaller terminal rakes[like Ganga Gomti Express] start from here. Since the VB is only eight rakes long, it comes here only. It became before time despite the long[~25 km longer I think than the main line via Gonda] and slower[only ~100kmph is the mps supported on AY-BBK line as of now] route.
