From 1st 16584 will get AC traction from VKB. Mostly lsa may be provided with 12747/48 as for 16593/94 SWR is only providing locos.

I think basava is more for Klbg,Rc pax than bjp or Bagalkot..so they might not reroute it.

True , ypr-bidr should be routed via klbg present route wastes too much time. Also there is loco reversal at Vikarabad which can be avoided.

Yes.. Current Bidar express can run via KLBG.. Latur can take VKB route.. both should be made daily with speedups
