TECHNICAL ISSUE is what SR told. Might be some issue with rake.
I donknow why they are doing like this SCR also started a new memu sevice from sc to tandur brand new rakes. SR has to alot a brand new memu for chennai tpty pass.

ohh mostly 2-3 days or wat or it will be more..also stated untill further advise..
