railway board has instructed all zones to ensure bedrolls are provided to passengers before train departure. Previously, bedrolls were supposed to be provided within 30 minutes of departure, but this often didn't happen due to absent coach attendants. Additionally, 20,000 pillows and covers have been replaced, and a new agency has been appointed for bedroll distribution. A coach attendant will now be present in each AC coach, and supervisors have been assigned for monitoring. However, construction work in Bina Junction will affect eight train services between April and May. This includes cancellations of some trains and changes to halting points at Bina station for others. The affected train numbers and routes are listed below.

Bina reduced to 2 minutes from April 10 to May 8, Train No. 14314 Bareilly-Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Express will have its stop reduced to 2 minutes from April 6 to May 11, and Train No. 12808 Hazrat Nizamuddin-Visakhapatnam Express will have its stop reduced to 2 minutes from April 5 to May 14. Over 5,000 tickets have been canceled due to the affected train services. Passengers who had booked tickets in advance for these trains are now canceling their tickets and receiving refunds. This is because 46 trips of these trains will be affected between April 4 and May 14. The Public Relations Officer of the Jhansi Division, Manoj Kumar Singh, has stated that the cancellation of trains is due to developmental work at the Bina station on the West Central Railway.
