If this train come regularly, many of people can utilise this train who come from chennai and other tamilnadu places.
This train booking not yet come in the railway website. How can we book this train?
couldn't have agreed more with you...why is it a summer special. Goa infact would have more demand in other seasons..
I expect this train should included last railway budget announced, but not materalised, so sad, Chennai belt get prime connectivity to Konkan thr this train

my sister in law could not get into the 3 tier ac coach as the coach was locked from inside and there was no tt there to help. train 6001 - came 1 hour late to katpadi station and hardly stopped for 45 seconds- her berth was in coach b1 - berth no 9; but she had to get into the 3rd last coach which was a general compartment without any light. it is irresponsible on the part of this train to come 1 hour late, then leave within 45 seconds, general compartment was dark looks unsafe, there was no tt to help, ac coach was locked from inside. she is travelling alone and this is the state of affairs. i strongly complain about this and request you to take care of her.
This is indeed a ridiculous state of affairs of Indian Railways.
Very bad condition of IR staffs.This is a pvt site and complaining here will be of no use other than consolation.better you may complain to the competent authorities.
Really bad scene should not have happened..was she able to go the 3A Coach from there in any next stop??
