[This train is specially an A/C "Special" to discourage travellers from travelling to Mussoorie special on their holiday. It won't help any cause even if the train is run on a daily basis....what to speak of a tri-weekly run!]. And to top it all......your "status" on railinfo is showing that the train is running on time. It is a very sad state of affairs. God help India.......and us too!!!
Travelled by this on 29th May, same thing happened - it reached Tapri before time and halted for 45 minutes, and then reached Jwalapur 20 minutes before time, only to reach haridwar 15 min late...... painful run,

at what time exactly you reached @ MOZ? My brother is going to travel in this on 17th June till MOZ.
Reached around 11:20 AM at MOZ but Before Time at DDN acc. to TE. Unfortunately i am travelling in this again on 12th June.

This "railinfo" is the reflection of the official site and your train name holds the tag SPECIAL and hence, you are special.
