Today Purnea Junction, serving with 2 dozens of local train and express with the connection for Katihar, Saharsa, Jogbani, Manihari, Siliguri, Darbhanga, Patna, Kanpur, Delhi, Kolkata. Purnea being the fourth largest city of Bihar, emerging trade centre, railway should be focused on better connectivity to ease for business community.
