But if I try to book ticket till Madhupur it shows number of available seats. Now, if I book ticket till Madhupur (fare is same) and deboard at Asansol will there be any problem? Thanks in advance.

There shouldn't be any problem, you are paying more for your ticket, not less than HWH-ASN. If at all Ticket checker on ASN platform creates problem, just tell them you had to short terminate your journey due to stomach problems :D
Book ticket after chart preparation on curr_avl u will get easily available tickets from hwh to asn.
What an amazing & enthralling level of priority has been given to this train today, appreciate it.
