Only thing left is to speed up this train. Can easily reach around 4.30 am at DDN. Currently 8 hours is the running time between MB & DDN which is too much!!
2.5hr slack between bsbs lko plus 1hr more possible if few stoppage removed
In my two tickets in 2A one confirm and one remain wl 1, so will I get refund for my wl tickets automatically or I have to cancel?

So yes, both the passengers can travel. If there are any available seat, you can request TTE to assign it to you, he will do it without imposing any extra charge/fine. If there are no available seat, you can travel by adjusting in one seat without any extra charge or fine.
