There is an alternate route from NJP via SGUJ both are Single Lines...but none of the specials are via that route.Why should we vote for TMC? what has the state govt done for the area's development which is the 2nd largest Tea producer of the country after Assam?
local resident of Hasimara,Dalgaon,Binaguri & Malbazar People should ask nfr for rerouting spl via above route atleast one- two train
protest is there but we are not like Bodoland/Karbi Anglong/Dima Hasao to raise unnecessary hullabaloo & stop the train movements..but it seems now we've to take that path only if the govt plays with the emotion of the people.
Specials often get WAG-7.
they are limited to certain mps n for that a WAG-7 is sufficient.

I totally agree with u.
Now a days more people from eastern part are comming to ongole espically students.
When ever i go to ogl prs i always find many students waiting there for ck since 9pm onwards for coramandal or hwh mail.

nfr does not know about ap stn/citys/ just blindly givng one or 2 halts in ap thats it

shm-ypr halting in ogl for puja spl whr kamkya-ypr and kamkay -mas skipping ogl/nlr all three having same tt slots but days of running is differnt if same slots what is the need of skiiping ogl/nlr for 2 trains and giving only one train halt at ogl and nlr
Its a puja special and i think it's a fair enough judgement by the Rlys to skip RJY because during this time of the year these trains are packed like anything and adding more stops would just make the travel even more painful for the commuters so no issues with the skipping which i feel is justified.This train is meant exclusively for people who are heading back home to be with the families and its a special occasion and may be the MOST IMPORTANT ONE as well.

both zones r inactive for VSKP-SBC .......even in case of spls also...
Instead of announcing it as SF they might have named it as a Duronto special only 9 halts b/n Chennai & Kamakhya.....
1400+ available seats in any class of any train is the maximum observed in the history of Indian Railways. This train creates the records as the train was a special train with only 2S coaches when it came to Guwahati. Also on the way to Bangalore, the seats configured are simple. Being 2S, no seats set aside as RAC, being extra train, no seats marked as DF, HO, EQ seats. Also no intermediate stations quota, so all seats are available to allocate from start station to end station.
